Division of assets agreement
The division of assets agreement determines how assets and liabilities will be distributed and is dependent on the couple’s matrimonial property regime.
During the mediation session, we facilitate a structured discussion to help you to agree on the division of assets and liabilities in line with your matrimonial property regime and taking into account your unique circumstances. Our facilitation skills, knowledge of the relevant legislation, understanding of the information required to mediate the agreement and our division of assets templates and calculators enable an objective and fair agreement to be reached.
Parenting plans can also be combined into the Divorce Settlement Agreement at an reduced cost.
Divorces are usually finalised within 4h-6h of consultations (with 66% of time spent in joint consultations).

- Parenting Plan 2hrs –
A parenting plan determines any matter in connection with parental responsibilities and rights, such as residence, maintenance, contact, schooling and healthcare. It outlines how parents will raise their children after separation or divorce. However, the scope of what may be included in a parenting plan is virtually unlimited.
In cases where the children are aged 4 to 17, a voice of the child interview is recommended prior to the parenting plan mediation session. During the mediation session, we facilitate a structured discussion to help you develop a plan that is built around the best interests of the child.
Parenting Plans are usually finalised within 2h-4h of consultations.

- Maintenance ( Court ) Order 1h 30 minutes –
Child and spousal maintenance are calculated within reason of the parties current financial situations. Fully equipped maintenance calculators are utilized to ensure an effective and efficient consultation.

- Civil Contract 2hrs –
Civil Contracts are usually finalised within 3h-4h of consultations.
- Psych Assessments: Children 4 hrs –
Most Psychological Assessments for Children are finalised within 1h-4h of consultations. All Assessments are done by a qualified, accredited third-party psychotherapist. Counselling plans and reports are available on request.
